■Returns Policy
We take every precaution in managing our products, but if there is a problem with the product you receive (damaged container, shipping error, etc.), we will resend it.

■Postage
Shipping costs within Japan will be 1,650 yen (tax included) per package.

■Packaging Information
One package contains 12 720ml bottles. However, please note that depending on the size, there may be less than 12 bottles in one package.

■Delivery time of the product
If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 5 business days of the order date. If an item is out of stock or for delivery to a distant location, it will be shipped within a maximum of 14 business days.
Shipping timing may vary during the New Year holidays, summer holidays, Golden Week, etc.
